ISLAMABAD: Emir Jamaat-e-Islami Siraj-ul-Haq has urged masses to stand up against the prevailing system and status-quo in Pakistan, ARY News reported on Sunday.
He was addressing a public gathering in Nowshehra.
JI chief said that the masses should rise against the status-quo and system in the country.
Haq said that slogans of change are being chanted in the country. He added, “The change should be Islamic, not American.”
In another gathering, he said that the party will give interest free loans and women above 70-years of age will be given old age allowance if elected to power.
He said that federal government should take action against those people who are depriving women from their right to inheritance.
